The plan was worked out simpler with four metal structured trusses placed on the periphery of the existing platform, with horizontal trusses connecting them to form a solid framework for the stage. The main screen at front end, opens and closes at the start and end of an event respectively. The rear end of the stage is designed with red, white and black colored backdrop options. The sides of stage had metal framed movable fabric partition, which would help artists to hide before their act .

The light provisions where hung at the truss, covered by valences. At Entry point to the stage, a metal structured portable frames were worked out with wheels, covered by fabric or any promotional banner of the event. This set up helps to block visual connection with backstage and also when placed at an angular position, it converges the cone of vision to make the audience focused to the act performed. The whole set up can be removed easily with technicians support and kept safe after the event.
